Ted was a senior adviser to NSW Environment Minister Bob Debus from 1999 to 2007, a period which saw the adoption of numerous and far reaching environmental reforms, including significant expansion of the NSW national park estate and declaration of many wilderness areas and wild rivers across NSW.
