For more than fifty years, Wilderness Australia has been advocating for the defence, legal protection and sustainable management of the wild landscapes you love – places like Kakadu, the Blue Mountains, and the Border Ranges.

Through our historic efforts, 2.1 million hectares have been declared as wilderness across NSW; including many of the intact, wild places bordering Sydney’s urban sprawl, which people who share our love of nature can continue to experience today.
